We offer two training options:
Option 1: In-Person Training
This In-Person Master Composter Training Course is a comprehensive, hands-on program designed for community members who are ready to take their composting knowledge to the next level.
Unlike one-time composting workshops, this course involves a deeper level of instruction and commitment. Participants will attend four structured sessions at a designated location in Riverside County, where they’ll receive in-depth training from expert instructors and experienced volunteers.
Trainees will observe live compost pile demonstrations and are encouraged to build and maintain their own compost pile at home during the course to reinforce key concepts and gain practical experience.
Those who successfully complete the course will receive a Certificate of Completion and be better prepared to support composting efforts in their own communities.
This program is ideal for residents who are passionate about sustainability and interested in advanced composting skills that go beyond the basics.
Participants MUST attend all four (4) Saturday class sessions.
